TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Deposits are non-refundable for appointments, training and model appointments.

  • Upon cancellation we request a 48 hour notice period in order to reschedule your current appointment. If you have exceeded the 48 hour notice period you will need to pay a new deposit for a separate new booking.

  • It is your responsibility to select a suitable facial, if you are unsure on what treatment you would like, just select the Ultimate Glow Up Package. Roxanne can then assess your skin on the day and select an appropriate treatment plan.

  • A consultation form must be filled out 48 hours prior to your appointment where you will disclose any medical information. This will be directly sent to you upon booking.

  • Please arrive on time, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will either be cancelled or the treatment time will be reduced. You will still have to pay the price in full.

  • Please remove all make-up prior to your treatment. Otherwise, a make-up removal fee of £10 will be added to the cost of your total treatment.

  • To comply with health and safety regulations we request that you come to your appointment alone. This includes children and babies.

  • You must be over the age of 18 to have facials, or you will need to come accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Can you return an item? Yes of course! UK & International items must be in original packaging and unused. You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.

  • You will need to pay for the return of your item(s). Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.

  • International deliveries may endure some customs/import tax duty on overseas shipping depending on where you are in the world and is payable by the customer and not included in the delivery cost.

  • If you've received an item that's not in perfect condition please email info@glowuplondon.com so we can get this sorted for you.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for our customer service team to get back to you.
